Gregory Group has experienced significant growth in recent years as we continue to deliver service excellence and visionary logistics solutions for our customers. One of our greatest strengths – and a unique quality of our business – is the diversity of sectors we service and the breadth of solutions we provide.

To support our customers’ strategic objectives and our own growth ambitions, we are restructuring our business to create four divisions, each with its own specialism: Shared User Transport, Specialist Transport, Dedicated Contracts & Warehousing, and Pallet Networks. The four divisions will work closely together to provide holistic solutions for our customers.

As part of this restructure, our existing operational directors will focus their expertise on more specialised roles, leading three of the four divisions as follows:

• Kris Parsons – Divisional Director Pallet Networks

• David Stokes – Operations Director Dedicated Contracts and Warehousing

• Lee Graham – Divisional Director Specialist Transport.

We are also delighted to welcome Neil Rowbotham to our team from 1st March 2026. He will become the Divisional Managing Director of our Shared User Transport Division and brings with him 30 years of experience in the logistics sector, most recently fulfilling the role of Managing Director at Stobarts.

Malcolm Wilde - Director, Gregory Group Scotland - will continue to lead our Scottish businesses working closely with Neil to support our Shared User Transport customers.

Angela Butler, Group Managing Director said:

“I’m excited that Neil will be joining our business at such a pivotal time for Gregory Group – this restructure and Neil’s deep expertise in shared user transport will not only strengthen our capabilities but also help us innovate and deliver even greater value for our customers. As we focus on deeper specialisation we can deliver tailored solutions, strengthen partnerships, and create sustainable growth that benefits both our customers and the Gregory Group for years to come. “
