BRCGS AA Status for 22 Sites
We are proud to announce that 22 of our sites have secured the prestigious BRCGS (British Retail Consortium Global Standards) AA status. This achievement highlights our dedication to maintaining the highest food standards across all our locations.
Soil Association Organic Standard
Eight of our sites have passed the Soil Association Organic Standard accreditation, providing reassurance to our customers that we handle, transport, and store organic ingredients to the expected standards.
DTAS Compliance
Our commitment to food safety is further demonstrated by the eight sites that continue to be part of the DTAS (Dairy Transport Assurance Scheme), meeting the 63 standards required for milk transportation.
ISO 14001 Retention
Our South West Water team has retained the ISO 14001 certification, an environmental standard that showcases our dedication to sustainable practices.
ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 at our Aberdeen Depot
The Aberdeen depot has successfully maintained ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) certifications, directly supporting one of our key customers.
FIAS at North Tawton
The team at North Tawton continues to uphold the FIAS (Fertiliser Industry Assurance Scheme) standards, enabling them to transport fertiliser on behalf of a customer.

In addition to these accreditations, our customers have conducted independent audits, all of which have given us the seal of approval.
Internal Audits
The backdrop to all these achievements is our rigorous internal audit process. Throughout 2024, the Quality and Operational Compliance teams carried out 235 internal audits, both announced and unannounced, covering everything from documentation to site safety.
