We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully acquired Loganbridge II Ltd as of 1st August 2025.
Loganbridge II trades as Route 74, a truck stop located in Lesmahagow in Lanarkshire, Scotland which has been providing vital 24/7 respite to drivers for over a decade.
Route 74 boasts an excellent reputation thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and facilities designed with drivers in mind – this includes a modern restaurant, 24-hour shop, ATM, free Wi-Fi, TV screens, showers, petrol station, truck wash, and secure truck parking which is monitored around the clock.
With a site that spans 7 acres and parking for 150 trucks, Route 74 is in a prime location right next to the M74.
Owned by Hayton Coulthard, the business will continue as it is with the current employees ensuring drivers continue to enjoy the reliable, professional facilities they have been used to when stopping at Lesmahagow.
Duncan Coulthard, Director of Hayton Coulthard said:
“Route 74 is a well-known truck stop which is well respected in the trucker community. I have seen first-hand the excellent facilities and high standards the team provide. We are already a regular customer at Route 74, and we will continue to welcome truck drivers from other companies across the UK when they need a well-earned rest.”
Angela Butler, Managing Director of Gregory Group said:
“The acquisition of Loganbridge II brings another very strong business into Gregory Group. Route 74 represents how truck stops should be – safe, secure, and with excellent catering and welfare facilities. Thanks to its strong reputation, we have been a customer of the business for some time and the location in Lesmahagow makes it a great fit with our strategic growth plans in Scotland.”

Loganbridge II has a second truck stop in Glasgow which continues to operate as a standalone business unconnected to this acquisition.
